Diego is the co-founder of j+d, where he helps organizations navigate complexity through systems thinking, experience architecture, and purpose-driven transformation. His work bridges disciplines and sectors, shaped by years of partnering with companies that are building, evolving, or reinventing how they connect with people and deliver value.
Over the course of his career, Diego has led brand, product, and experience initiatives across industries including financial services, consumer goods, healthcare, education, hospitality, and civic platforms. He has held senior creative and leadership roles at FutureBrand, MBLM, and The Velo Group, and has operated independently through his studio and consulting practice. He has helped launch ventures, reposition global corporations, shape digital ecosystems, and bring coherence to multi-stakeholder transformations.
The foundation of j+d reflects Diego’s conviction that lasting, concrete value comes from coherence, where purpose, systems, and execution reinforce each other. Across his work, he found that progress often depended less on having the perfect answer and more on how teams aligned around shared intent. j+d was shaped to support that kind of alignment, with a model flexible enough to meet each organization where it is and focused enough to help it move forward with clarity.
In addition to his client work, Diego is an Adjunct Associate Professor at Pratt Institute and Lecturer at Columbia University, where he teaches graduate-level courses on transformation design, cross-platform thinking, and relationship-centered innovation.
He holds a Master of Science in Communication Design from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor’s degree in Design from the University of Buenos Aires. Diego lives with his family in Brooklyn, New York.
