Jae is the co-founder of j+d, where he works with business leaders navigating transformation and organizational change. His experience spans strategy, investment, and operations, shaped by a career spent both advising and operating within organizations at critical moments of change and decision.
He has held senior leadership roles in global consultancies including FutureBrand and MBLM, and served as Chief Strategy Officer at PCFC Investments, the investment arm of a Dubai government-owned holding company. Over the course of his career, Jae has worked across sectors such as hospitality, real estate, industrials, financial services, healthcare, energy, and tourism, supporting global corporations, founder-led ventures, and government entities.
The motivation behind j+d came from a belief that bridging strategy and execution required a different kind of model. One that wasn’t bound to a specific methodology or linear process. Instead of arriving with predefined answers, Jae set out to build a firm designed to meet organizations where they are, adapt to evolving needs, and move in step with both context and momentum. The goal was never to be louder or smarter, but to be more central to where value gets created.
Outside of work, he enjoys exploring neighborhood restaurants, searching for the perfect cup of coffee, and taking impromptu road trips with his family. He’s drawn to ideas that challenge conventional wisdom and loves applying lessons from one discipline to another—whether or not it has anything to do with work.
Jae holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Columbia University and lives in New Jersey with his wife and son.
Select clients and collaborators include Marriott, Samsung, Aramco, Merck, Stanford University Hospitals, General Motors, Emaar, Mexico Tourism Board, Borouge, DWTC, and Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
